Phantom is Bees Knees Lacquer’s first blurring base coat, designed to create a smooth, even base for nail polish. It’s lightly tinted milky white, making it perfect for visually blurring imperfections on the nail, including minor ridges. It’s based on their popular “Spirit” base coat, but with added opacity to give the nails a soft, natural-looking tint.
