It'd be a 3.5 for me, not because of the quality (because the holo in this is just AMAZINGGGGG), but sadly the base colour doest suit me, its the same colour as my knuckle discolouration, and thats not fun for me, but that's purely a me issue. If you think you'll like this colour, its a beautiful beautiful linear holo polish
