ILNP- Conspiracy

ILNP- Conspiracy is a black metallic flakie topper loaded with oversized metallic flakes for a striking layering effect.

Conspiracy scatters generous black metallic flakes across the nail, with holographic sparkle flashing through the darkness as it catches the light. Layer Conspiracy over a black base for maximum flake payoff, or over any dark polish for a subtler multidimensional effect. Apply 1-2 coats over a fully cured base color.
