KBShimmer- Tulip To Apologize (Glow in the Dark & UV)

Tulip To Apologize is a fun, shimmery nail polish with a hidden feature; it glows in the dark! This delicate pink jelly polish is loaded with golden shimmer, making it appear a peachy salmon. When charged by the sun, this shade glows purple. Under blacklight, it reveals a more blue-toned glow, while indoor lighting charges this polish to glow a pale white over time, we do not find that led lighting provides the strongest glow. Two to three coats provide full coverage for most. This polish dries textured, so follow with Smooth Moves and Clearly On Top for a glass-like finish.
